Candle Lighting for Peace
Peace candle lighting program has been organized in Kathmandu by jointly on the occasion of 8 March International women's Day. NCBL participated in that ceremony on the theme "Ban Landmines, Sign the Treaty".

Devi Gautam - She is vicitim by landmines planted by security
forces. She is continously participating in NCBL program after the participation
in Raising the Voice, training program in Geneva in May 2003.
